Description

Using no less than five hop varieties with a dry hop charge of 20g/l, pushing toward DIPA levels of intensity, we’ve utilised Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin in T90 pellet form, along with their CGX versions. With a final flourish of New Zealand Hop’s latest experimental variety NZ-106 and a whisper of Abstrax Hops Skyfarm Pineapple. The result is a pillowy soft IPA, singing with guava, mango, and passionfruit, with bright pine and citrus notes underneath. Collaboration with Beak for our 8th birthday. Vegan friendly.
